Research, Internship and Volunteer Opportunities

The CASA-Chile program offers its students the opportunity to participate in research, internships, and volunteer activities during the semester or academic year. These activities help students not only gain valuable experience for their future professions, but also increase their understanding of local society and culture.

Internships and volunteer activities are unpaid, and participants do not earn any academic credit. However, CASA-Chile considers these opportunities to be a perfect fit for those looking for a total immersion experience in the local community.

CASA-Chile students can participate in internships/volunteer activities in the following areas:

  • Education
  • Human Rights
  • Finance
  • Health
  • NGOs
  • Government

CASA Chile Testimonies

"At Radio Cooperativa, I had the privilege of working on the “Tarde Deportiva” sports radio show, presenting about basketball and tennis live on the air. I also learned a lot about the inner workings of a radio station through my time in the office and by observing live broadcasts in the production room. It was an excellent experience that I would recommend to anyone passionate about sports or the media".
